Whatever the problem we are here to help, after the initial diagnosis you
will be provided
with an estimate of the time and parts (if any), required to perform the repair
or upgrade.
There will be no hidden charges and we will only perform the repairs you
have approved.
Most repairs are completed
within an hour.
Virus / malware removal can take longer due to the requirements of
making a working backup of your important data, and one or more runs of
the various scanning tools we utilise to ensure your system is clean.
All repairs are guaranteed for a period of 30 days, all hardware
supplied by us is guaranteed for a period of 12 months.
(Used parts supplied are covered for 30 days)
(Our repair guarantee does not cover virus / malware re-infection, we
will however recommend software that will help prevent future
infection).
